Hi, we found a canadian employer who is willing to sponsor us. However, their condition is they will not do the processing of work permit as an employer we are willing to do that and pay for all expenses, please advise what is the procedure and requirements, please help

If they won't process either an LMO or AEO then you are out of luck.  It is the employer who has to do it.

Just be sure with the documentation and the employer is genuine. Rest if it is then go ahead with it.
