Hi,

Does anyone have a template of what the Employer Letter should look like? I know the requirements are posted CIC website, but at the same time would like to take a look at the letters that were used. If you have, I'd appreciate if you post under this topic.

Thanks,

Hi reachmenow,

Im not sure of this is covered elsewhere - but if you cd pls reply that will be great.

When sending the application forms to the local CHC within the 120 day period - must i send photocopies of the forms sent to CIC or re-type and sign new forms ?

Thanx in advance !

we need to sign the forms with new date, i printed two set of these forms with same info, i sent one set to CIO and another one i will send now with updated date to Visa office.

hope its clear, its perfectly fine to either fill forms again or submit a copy of the ones sent to CIO - just replace the page with date and signature, the key point is that if any information between CIO and Visa office forms is changed it should be notified with a letter.
