Employement Verification - URGENT

Friends,

I am in the process of preparing employement verification docs to send them to Buffalo visa office.
I am having a very hard time to collect the documents as per the guidelines. I have only 1 original copy from my previous employer. I cannot afford to send that original so would like to send the nortorized copy. Is that Ok?
Moreover it states the designation not the responsibilities. Also no visiting card.

Hi Vikas,

List of responsiblities and business card is required but if its the case of only one employer then that should be ok. Similar case was with me. I had one exp. letter that doesn't have responsiblities mentioned and neither I had business card for that employer.
