Hi,

My grandfather is terminally ill in the hospital and we are trying to have his children who live in Pakistan come over to see him before he passes away, and also to attend the funeral.  We have applied on this basis for visa's from the office in Islamabad, Pakistan and included letters from the doctors stating my grandfathers condition as well as their recommendation for him to come.  We have also had our MP send emails urging the quick granting of these visas.  It has been 2 weeks now with no response, is there anything else we can do to get these moving?  We can't call Islamabad as the office does not pick up the phone and our MP is having no luck either.  We have shown sufficient funds to support the family during its stay.  Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks.
