Emergency! Outland Appendix C Medical question.

Hi everyone,

My wife is having her medical done in South Korea for an outland application, and we have a question regarding the field "Visa office".

As far as I understand, the Visa Office should be Seoul, South Korea...but the people at the hospital have informed her that if she were to write down Seoul as the visa office, the medical will be sent to Seoul then to Philippines. So they are suggesting that she put down Mississauga as the visa office...is this right???

Also what should she put down for the address and the phone #, as far as we know, this should be her korean address, correct?

We would like an answer asap, as she is currently at the medical office.

She needs to list the visa office that will be processing the application, which is Seoul.  The medical results do not usually go directly to the visa office, but to a Regional Processing Office, which then sends it to the visa office when it is requested.

CPC-Missisauga is NOT a visa office, she cannot put that answer there.

Address and phone number should be hers, yes.
