I do not have much info to help you, but I have a question. Why Canada? Why can't you apply for another country if you want to leave India? I understand that everybody has his/her own personal reasons to move to another country or move out from his own country, so I will not say you should not leave India. If your desire to learn and earn a good degree, there are other countries that offer better, if not equally comparable quality of education to Canada.

I have heard that it is easy to get student visa to UK and Australia. New Zealand is not that bad either and offers in-state tuition if you want to do PhD. A lot of European universities offer tuition free education and provide excellent education. You need to think outside the box and not just waste your time on why you did not get visa to Canada. There are happy people everywhere in the world and Canada is a good country, but not the heaven you are thinking of. Good luck.
