Dear Qorax and All,

Please advise...

I am a Canadian Immigration aspirant trying to immigrate under FSW1 category. My humble question is, since i am applying from Kuwait and there is no NOTARY PUBLIC here in Kuwait, Will Indian Embassy Attested photocopies of my Certificates and other credentials be accepted by CIO and LONDON VO? Or is it mandatory to get everything notarized?

All opinions are highly valued and appreciated.

Attesting at the Embassy is more effective than notarizing because your embassy represents your country's government.
Go ahead and do it.
