I SUBMIT my case on 16,september,2011 but still do not receive any medical call . After two months i got file number when i send them e-mails and fax i m too much worried about my case my classes starts in  january first week.

Thats quite a long time to wait.You never know with the VOs always very unpredictable but atleast you have got a file number meaning your documents are in process.
They receive huge and huge volumes of applications

You may want to drop them another round of mail to find out.

sharjeel same to u i have submitted my file on 25 August,2011 still no medical call although yesterday i received mail from chc islamabad 3rd time that ur file is in pipe line to the immigration officer so i m waiting as my classes will start from coming march.
