Guys, have a problem. Unfortunately and by accident my husband erased the email from Buffalo; the thing is that the message was in spam; therefore is permanently deleted Embarrassed; we made an inquiry to Yahoo in order to find if they can restore our mail from this morning Nov. 9th. Till then, I would like to know, in case the email will not be restored, how can I contact Buffalo?  Will they send me another email? Everybody in this situation before...I feel like crap. Embarrassed

you can try sending a case specific enquiry to Buffalo, tell them what happened and request for the email to be sent again. No harm in trying, the worst that could happen is they don't reply.

Thank you, hopefully they will replay...it was an accident; meanwhile I hope Yahoo will restore my mail.

Hi

Send email to the visa office and tell them the same thing they will email you the 2nd AOR file number, i have seen some applicants who didnt receive the 2nd AOR for a long time and when they emailed visa office about it they just emailed the new file number, so they will definetly give it to you as well.
