One of my friend wants to change the e-mail address and also the mailing address from his application. is it possible now? He applied in January 2011 on FSW1.  Undecided

It's possible at VO stage. When he'll send doc to visa office then he can do it. If he apply to change it after sending doc VO it'll delay his case.

Address change just send an email, I don't think email address change is required or vo will change but can be tried.
