Hi,

I am looking to migrate to Canada with my family under Skilled labour.
My background is
Bachalor of Engineering -Pune University,India - Printing Engineering (non IT) -2001 Passout
SAP Certification - SAP Sales and Distribution - 2007 Aug
Total Experience - 7.4 Yrs
Sales and tech Services-Domain / Non IT experience - 5.6Yrs
SAP Experience - 1.8Yrs

My wife has following backgroud-
Bachalor of Engineering -Pune University, India - Printing Engineering (non IT)-2000 Passout
SAP Certification - SAP Production Planning- 2006 Sept
Total Experience - 8.7 Yrs
Sales and tech Services-Domain / Non IT experience - 6Yrs
SAP Experience - 2.7Yrs

When I checked for Qualifying Occupations for Federal Skilled Worker, I think we can apply under "0213 Computer and Information Systems Managers" specific in "Information Systems Analysts and Consultants (2171)".
I checked the free assessment for points to Qualify, my wife got 69 points.
So, I wanted to know do we qualify for the migration under Federal Skilled Worker? and if yes what are the next steps?
Thanks a lot.
Regards,
Prashant

No, you have to have experience as a Manager to qualify under 0213, you can use the sub NOC codes.

Thanks a lot for your feedback.

As mentioned by you, we can use "Information Systems Analysts and Consultants (2171)" as a Sub NOC code?

I would like to know, if one partner gets the visa, what is the eligibility of the dependent sopuse to work fulltime or is there a limit? Is spouse required to take seperate work permit?

Sorry, it should have said CAN"T use the sub code, you have to have Managerial experience.  Work Permits and PR are two different things.  The spouse is included as a dependent in the principal's application and they both get their PR visa at the same time.
