eligability in employment insurance.

hi guys i just wanna know if i am eligible for applying my E.I. our case is we file a complain in employment standard against my employer regarding on our rate, overtime and holiday pays for the last 3 years. last Tuesday they just got some notification or a letter came fron the employment standards. after they knew that we file a complain they start to get hard on us. they threaten us that they will send us back home to phillippines and the worst is the manager is harassing us personally. we cant take it anymore how they treat us this past few days. so right now we really want to quit our job. hope i can hear some advised from you guys if we can apply for employment insurance.
