Hi PMM

I do have my work permit valid for another 8 months.Can i apply for PR now.CIC website states validity should be 1 year.

If you want to apply through PNP, you can.  If you want to apply as a skilled worker, as long as your work permit was originally valid for one year or more, you can apply through Buffalo, if not, you have to apply in your country of nationality.
