Hi,
My colleague going to migrate Canada Toronto next month , She is in the Albany NY, she will migrate via AIR (not road) becasue she dont have car or drivers license, problem is we found cheapes courrier bombinoexpress and shipforless  they shift lots of big and large stuffs in courrier upto 80 lbs(pounds) in one package.
so she wants to move her new 3d TV, costly some ellectronix mixers etc grocery stuffs so she dont have to purchase more stuffs in Canada.

She have to mentioned in B4 form that these items will send in courrier later after she land? we will send these items once she land and rent home. If she mentioned all items coming in courrier that means we dont have to declare value in courrier? we can give that B4 form to courrier company that immigrant already mentined all these stuffs coming by courrier.
we are looking for best answer.
she want to move lots of costly stuffs (cost in USD over 7k for all ellectronics items only including TV, blueray player, Game players , grinder mixers, all small automatic ellectric kitchen accessories).
we found these courrier guys from sulekha.com.

Strange!! NO answer > 6 hours.... of creation this post... what happen to forum users!!
We seriously looking best answer, it will help to others, she is going to land first becasue looking for jobs , rent appartment, apply for PR card, SIN card, her H1B stamping already expiered so she will not able to enter back to the USA thats why she told us and our office to send packages to her new address , she will pay for everything we just hold her packages which she packed than shipped it , shipping people taking those all stuffs, but want to confirm that it will taxable when all stuffs arrived at Canada so we need to know more about B4 form in this case.

I mentioned she can not drive, becasue she dont have drivers license here in the USA. Even courrier company don't know about this B4 forms, they asked us that you can attach form but not sure accepted by customs or not, so please share some information here.

From what I have read on this forum she has to have 2 B4 forms. 1 for goods accompanying that is goods she is taking with her physically when she is entering Canada and goods accompanying, that is the goods you will be sending to her. The goods to follow form has to be stamped by Canadian customs when she enters Canada so she will not have to pay import duty on it as a new PR holder landing for the first time. I think she needs to send a copy of this to the shipping company so they will know she is not paying import duty on the items or she will be billed for that. But she will definitely need to have the 2 B4 forms filled out completely and as accurately as possible for customs when she lands.

She can do a search on this forum for more information and also www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca. I hope this helps somewhat.
