EILTS test report requirement

can anyone please confirm if i have to send my EILTS test report to CIO as well.
in economic part of the application, its asks you if i have given this test and and check box written is to include copy of my report.
however i have read in this site about what documents are to be send to CIO and it donot ask to send test report to CIO.
please confirm.
more over my test was done 6 months ago however my passport has changed and my test result show my old passport number.
what should i do in this case.

No, you don't need to send it to CIO. You have to send it to the visa office only.

and what if i have new passport now. in this case should i add any cover letter explaining the reason to Visa office to consider my test report as it shows old passport number and also attach 2nd page from my passport showing my old passport number

No need to sent it to CIO, but if you have taken it you MAY attach a copy of the same

Passport number should not matter much because when you apply to CHC you will send copies of all passports and you can explain in cover letter that test was taken on old passport number and copy of same is attached
