Egyptian Passport / Passport Request

Hi guys..
I received passport request from london VO stating passport specifications to include given name to be printed in given name, and surname to be printed in surname line of passport.
The old egyptian passport format does not include seperate lines for given and surname. Instead, all names are written on one line.
Has any Egyptian guys faced any problems with this issue before?
This is the same passport which they have copy in my file with them. So I guess if it was not acceptable they should have rejected that from the beginning.
Please advise.

Use the last name in the passport as your last name provided that you did the same in the application forms when you applied in the first place.
