Hi all Egyptian , As you know Canadian office closed temporary in Egypt , so I have sent this message to the Canadian minister of immigration , let's share our ideas here as well as our status , also , I hope you modify this message according to everyone case and write your details down the message ,then send it to the e-mail

Further to the current circumstances in Egypt, the Visa office in Cairo has closed down.
I have applied under NOC 3131 on 10-1-2011 ,my application in the category of federal skilled worker , and I am afraid that the current situation maylead to ignore my application.
Accordingly, I am writing to request your personal intervention to eliminate and to overcome any anticipated problem as  i know you are so fair with all of us ,Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to stress on my continued interest in starting a new life in Canada.

Hate to tell you this, but the Minister is not going to put staff in peril so that your application can be processed.  Wait, the office will either re-open or the files will transferred to another office.

It is nice to hear the the work resume in Egypt . as im in the process of security back ground and waiting for the PPR as im Egyptian living in UAE. so i hope i can get it soon.
