Educational documents varification

Dear All

I have received a refusal letter, mention one of my Bachelor of Commerce degree has not been verified and I cannot re-apply for 2 years.

summary is, I applied in 2008, requested documents submitted (120 days) in June 2009, then had got letter to be asked for original degree and all three years mark sheets, I had only final year mark sheet; last two years mark sheets I left in my home country, I was sure and confident that my degree will verified. Since I have received letter I checked my-self and noticed exam seat number is different on my degree as compare with my mark sheet. Furthermore, for education I claimed 3 years diplma in B.B.A plus two years B.Com degree with all together 20 points.  Now CHC have accepted diploma which count 15 points. For adaptability my wife's Master degree 5 points plus uncle (chacha) in canada 5 points total 10 points, CHC have considered as 9 points and which leads me total 64 points.

CHC have not sent back my original documents

please advice me what should I do?

hi lalla can you explain in detial that from which university you have done ur bachelor degree and also what is your visa office and why u did not attach your all marksheet
