i have bacholar degree in engineering 15 years and i studed high diploma in engineering 2 years , the total number of years i studed 17 years , how many points i will get in this factor

You have a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor's level and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study. 20 points

the high diploma it will not consider as master degree , it postgraduate degree
