I referred your question to one of experienced consultant in Canada and his answer was 22 points because none of your master is 17 years on its own.
Same thing i was saying as well. To be on safe side, improve your IELTS.

I think what BobbyB thinks is right. As far as I know one should (must) have 17 years of study in connection with his first Masters Degree. So in this case, two Bachelor's Degree may not be taken into count.

Actually guys you have a completely different education system than the system in my country,
we have to study from garde 1 to garde 12 and all of that is called : school education (no bachelor no diploma nothing else) only you will get a certificate after passing grade 12 successfully called ( secondary education certificate).
After that you will be allowed to study the bachelor degree (for at least 4 years) or diploma (for 2 years) as you wish.
Therefore, if you study the bachelor degree in my country you will have to finish the secondary education for 12 years at first and then start the bachelor degree for 4 years which will be a total of 12 + 4 = 16 years (only for the bachelor degree)and in my country there is no bachelor degree can be granted in less than 4 years (4 years are minimum for the bachelor degree).
After that if you want to study the master degree it will last extra 2 years so the total in that case will be : 12(secondary education) + 4(bachelor degree) + 2 (master degree) = 18 years to finish the master degree.
so it is uncommon or let us say it is a kind of impossible in my country to find some one who has two bachelor degrees or two master degrees.
i see that the system in your countries is completely different.

if you have only one bachelor's degree and two maters degree, then the first one will be counted. but if there are double bachelor's and double masters, either of them will do. in fact no diploma or 2nd masters is not considered an academic degree and that's it.

1.School (grade 0-10) 10 years
2. F.A (GRADE 11-12) 02 YEARS
3.Bachelor in Arts (B.A) 02 Years
4.Bachelor in Education(B.ED) 1 Year (Note u have to do B.A BEFORE B.ED)
5.Masters in Education 02 Years
That according to me makes 17 Years and 25 Points.Any way an additional Master degree is in International relations 02 Years.I seek ur advice.Thanks

my wife got her elementary school education in 9 yesrs

then her bachelor degree in 5 years
totaling 17 years
currently she is pursuing her master more than a year ago
how many points we should claim.Moreover, should we claim the time she spent in her master program although she didn't finished the degree

1. She will get 20, as she only has a bachelors, the incomplete Masters doesn't count. PMM |
