Education points for Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy)

Dear Sir,
I have 5 year Pharm D Degree (Doctor of pharmacy) my total year of education 17 year.
Intermediate 12 year
Pharm 5 year
Total 17 year
How much they will ward me point. I already read op6 file
'Medical doctor degrees are generally first-level university credentials, in the same way that a Bachelor of Law or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology is a first level, albeit “professional” degree
and should be awarded 20 points. If it is a second-level degree and if, for example, it belongs to a Faculty of Graduate Studies, 25 points may be awarded
. If a bachelor's credential is a prerequisite to the credential, but the credential itself is still considered a first-level degree, then 22 points would be appropriate. It is important to refer to how the local authority responsible for educational institutions recognizes the credential: i.e., as a first-level or second-level or higher university credential
Please can you explain me about highlight line?
Please find attached later or my local authority for education institutions.
My ielt score
Speaking 6.5
Listing 5.0
Reading 6.5
Writing 6.0
My spouse has 16 year master degree.
My work experience more than 4 years as retail pharmacist.
If they award me 20 point than I have 1 no short. Please advise me what should I do and confirm me point according to my local authority for education institutions.
And how much will be your fees to submit my case.
I will wait your reply
Thanks
Best Regards
