Education Points 20 or 22 what ???

Can you also suggest how much my spouse will get in education..She has 12 years of school and e-commerce certificate of 4 months...??

There is no point for 12 years schooling education. She score 0. Above 12 years education will help to get points.

4 month certificate course will not help you, atleast 1 year full time course should be done to get 3 more points.

I know I've read the 15 hour/week = full time study, but just for clarification, could someone please tell me where it is indicated that distance education does not count?  In Canada one would certainly be considered to have earned an equivalent degree whether you studied on site or by distance.  For example, if you chose to take fewer courses per year and it took you an additional year it would still count as a four year Bachelor degree even though you spent 5 years doing it no matter which format.

i have done bachelor in computers = 3 yrs
then post graduate diploma in computer application = 1 yr (B.C.A. is prerequisite)
then advance diploma in computer application = 1 yr (PGDCA is prerequisite)

please tell me how many points i can claim 20 or 22

As per that statement  (which u quoted) one example is "If some one is simple BA then 20 marks , and for BEd they will give 22 marks". BEd is first level (bachelor) degree but If a bachelor's credential (here in this case BA) is a prerequisite to the credential(for BEd) , but the credential itself is still considered a first-level degree (BEd), then 22 points would be appropriate. BA/BSc is prerequisite to get BEd degree and same is the case with LLB. (if done after bachelor degree, but is still considered as first level degree)

for all other first level bachelor degree they give 20 marks.

In India if we have a any University Degree with 15 years of education we get 22 points.

how come?? a university degree of 2 years or more at the bachelor's level and atleast 14 years of full time study leads to 20 points???

two or more university degrees at the bachelor's level and atleast 15 years of full time study leads to 22 points?

Hi, Please note the following. I have done both diploma and degree in Engineering.

CASE 1: 12+3 YEARS UNIVERSITY DEGREE (15 YEARS OF EDUCATION ) =  MAXIMUM 20 POINTS OK

CASE 2: 12+3 YEARS POLYTECHNIC DIPLOMA (15 YEARS OF EDUCATION ) =  MAXIMUM 22 POINTS- 15 points for polytechnic Diploma, because the minimum prerequesite to get admission for this diploma is 10th (SSC). VO awarded only 15 points for this for the current applicants.

CASE 3: 12+4 YEARS ENGINEERING DEGREE (16 YEARS OF EDUCATION ) =  MAY GET 22 POINTS - only 20 points because it is a bachelors degree
(BECAUSE CANDIDATE OF CASE 3 (DEGREE ENGINEERING) GOT HIGHER EDUCATION COMPARE TO CASE 2 (DIPLOMA ENGINEERING)
