11 years for GCE OL (In my country GCSE is studied for 11 years)
2 years for GCE AL (Studied for 2 years but did not pass the GCE AL)
3 years and 6 months of University Education (Actually 2 years and 8 months Degree; 10 months University foundation program)

Considering these facts what will be the points - 20 points or 15 points???

If you have been awarded a degree, equivalent of undergraduate degree then 20 points, otherwise 15.

Thanks a lot...

I was bit concerned because the A/L (or rather AS and A2 in british system) I failed. Later on completed by degree...

Also GCE O/L (GCSE in british system) 11 years in my country. Usually 10 in canada, usa, uk and was thinking will they count that 11 years for 10..

I am familiar with British system, I also did O/A level, BSc and MSc from UK
