Seniors,

 Can it be said for sure that the education from Allama Iqbal Open Univ., (a recognized univ.) Islamabad, Pakistan, if have tutorials, lectures, training workshops, etc. gets points for education by CIC, for immigration purpose?

Please reply keeping in mind the the fact that education without attending classes is sometimes not given points by cic!
