Hello again, I have a doubt, plz help me.

In my Visa office specific requiremts in the topic of Education, says: "college or university certificates: Certification of completion and the graduation degrees, diploma or certificate issued by the college or university.
Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must submitted in university sealed envelops.
Note: If the documentes above are not in Englsh or French, submit a certifies englis or french tramslation along with a certified photocopies of the docuements"

That means???:
-Firstly: I need to certify a photocopy of my Diploma of degree (the big diploma paper which is hanging on my wall?)
-Next, i need a Certified photocopy of my Completion of university studies?
- Finally i need the original Certificate of studies or Transcript, (A lot of certified papers which include the number of all courses that i took in my five years of carrer at universuty and my scores???) but it says inside a sealed envolop, so how can I submt that in a sealed envolped if i need to translate it? of course I shoud open the envelop because is neccesary to translate the transcripts ¿???

I am from Peru, and all my doucments are in spanish, if you are landed in Canada plz and very plz, tell me your experience with the educational documents and your degrees, i hope heard from yours, txs a lot.

FIRST OF ALL TAKE YOUR ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPTS TO NOTARY FOR ENGLISH TRANSLATION AND THEN TAKE ALL YOUR TRANSCRIPTS AND ORIGINAL TRANSLATION TO UNIVERSITY AND REQUEST THEM TO KEEP IN UNIVERSITY ENVELOP AND SEAL IT WITH UNIVERSITY STAMPS.HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU FRIEND

What I did was to simply request 2 pairs of transcripts from the university, both in signed and sealed envelops. Then I just sent one for official translation to English and submitted it along with the sealed one.

Good option however , the cost for the transcripts are too expensive in my university, around 150 US dollars!!! so i don't think that request 2 pairs is gonna be the best for my pocket jejeje, and ir prefer the response ok Kanamen, translate all of the transcripts and the put it on a sealed envelope with the logo of my university.

150 dollars for transcripts? ? ? ? ? You must be kidding me! What is so unique about a couple of B&W pages? Do yours come with seal made of gold?  Tongue
I had to request from 5 universities ( including my husband's degrees) and 2 were for free, and the rest 3 universities asked around 7-10 dollars per copy! That's a huge difference.
And of course even if I wanted, I couldn't go to all those universities to ask in person to seal my translated transcripts. I would pay much more on air fees... LOL!!!!
(and I bet that some of them would have issues to seal an envelop including a translated document, not issued by the university itself. I know that 'cause some clerk officers can become very weird when it comes to what to sign and seal)
