When having a degree from the U.S. do I have to get my credentials evaluated? or can I just take the provincial license test?

Every province is different.  What license are you talking about?

One is an Elementary education teacher and the other is a registered nurse. I know we have to get a new license from the province but do we have to get our credits/diplomas evaluated or how does it work? We are thinking to go to Ontario.

Ontario College of Teachers.  This site has the requirements, how to apply, etc.  Click where it says "Internationally Educated Teachers."

Health Force Ontario.  This has the requirements for nurses.  Click where it says "Healthcare professionals from outside Ontario," "Nurses," "Entry to Practice Requirements."
