education cert. should be asked in english form , original and in sealed envelop ,so , no need to notarize it u

Yes. Education certificates should be original.

Second with Mejo... But other than academic transcript, certificates does not need to be in sealed envelope...

Further to my last post and in response to your query... yee the translated (copy) will require and as you will be sending the xerox copy it need to be notarized or certified by recommended bodies as listed in CIC manual
