Education attainment - PLS HELP ME

My sister applied for SINP under family sponsorship however the above requirement is making us confused. I only have 7 months Education with Certificate not a Bachelors degree however the requirement from the Federal is atleast 1 year.

I have worked on the education that I have graduated since 2006 and my question is do I still need to study a 12months course just to satisfy the required education attainment by the Federal or the education I had is acceptable?

My sister is a citizen and have lived in Canada for 20+ yrs now. She is on her 50's while me on my 30's.

Pls help me with this concern because SINP is only extended until next year thou...
