today when i put my information in e-case status page appear telling me the information not correct before it is working any one face same proplem please help me

Hi, as CHC is updating their system. Sometimes this error occurs.

Try later, i hope it will work.

i want any one has file number try to open e-case status and tell me if itis working normal or no thank u

Try next day when it will error, do not try end of week or do not try start of week day CIC update the DB mostly these days.

if this proplem due to cic update this means the proplem will happen to all applicant not belong only for me

sometime infected to few applicants, OMM is correct, my E-case before had error but on next day it's correct, becasue E-case periodically updated some partially, so it will infected some people and not to all.

I hope you got it.

mukund is right, yes, database updation depend on region of CHC and the dataentry person also mistake lots of stuffs, anyway e-case updation is not only same for all, look my address still not corrected since last some months but same VO people got correct address if address is wrong on next update, please try after somedays you will sure access your e-case.
even please look and make sure that you enter correct information.

thank u for  answer i know if the proplem only this i not care before two days i check my case i find it recevied by visa office after one month of receving per my visa office is cairo i feel happy today at 5 am cairo time i check my e-case  i discovered this proplem at 10:30 am the visa office call me 5 times in mobile phone but i not hear the mobile  i call them  but other division in the embassy answer me and told that immigration division not receive any call u can contact them by fax or e-mail i send fax and e-mail but no answer untill now  becoz of this i am worried  althouth i did my application good i dont know why call me at early stage why the remove my data from the site realy i am worried  can any one explain why this happen
