Ecase Status changed

Hi,

today i've checked my e-status and it has changed to Recived by Visa office, this change had occured after i had sent the supporting docs to local CHC on sep 8th 09, once you click on Recived by Visa office, it shows the below

We received your application for permanent residence on April 16, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 6, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the (visa####) office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the (visa####) office on May 13, 2009. The (visa####) office may contact you.

pls advise what will be the next step and what is the Expected time to see a new change??

what is your visa office? i think this also depends upon the general trend of your visa office. e.g. CHC Islamabad sends a provisional acceptance letter before sending the medical request. however, CHC New Delhi usually directly sends the medical+Passport request to applicants.
