E-CASE DECISION MADE - BUT WORRIED ABOUT IOM THING??

case type: assylum (refugee)
current location : Peshawar, Pakistan

hey guys ... i got ma e-case on cic's website "decision made" and now the embassy emailed to me that the rest of the things are up to I.O.M (international organization of immigration) flight tickets , exit visa and other stuffs .... guys does any one of you have any idea regarding this IOM thing .... please share that will be so helpful for me... regards
