E-cas weird again

Hi all
         I recieved my 2nd AOR on Friday dated 16th Feb 2011, and today my status changed from decission made to in process with following details can u guys shade some light on it what is going on.

We received your application for permanent residence on March xx.xx.xx
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June xx.xx  Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on xx.xx.xx The London England office may contact you.
 
My question is  what is this decision made still in the status details, is this still an error, second I have already received my  2nd AOR but in the status it show it is still pending review what does that mean, does this mean PSDEC is not happened yet?

yes dear its an error.

your correct status is received by visa office and not in process yet.

    Can some one tell when will PSDEC happen, I read one of Qoraxs post and according to it, both quantative checks and PSDEC is done before sending the 2nd AOR, and after 2nd AOR next step is background check I.e. Education documents, experience verification etc and medical request, can some one further elaborate this.

    I think this time eventhough ecas still shows some wrong information  but it is updated, coz now I can check my ecas status with new reference number which I got in 2nd AOR on Friday, since yesterday I was not able to use new reference number it was given me error but today it is working, so I think not all statuses are wrong may be some information is still wrong.
