When the Canadian embassy receives the medical exam, does it get updated on e-CAS?  In other words, will there be an update that medical has been received?

I noticed e-CAS has a stage called, "Medical Results Received by CIC".  Does this mean medical exam was processed and reviewed by Immigration (as OK or ill for example) or just that the DMP sent CIC the exam after they were conducted?

The Medical is reviewed by a Regional Medical Officer, and they results are entered into CAIPS, which filters to Ecas, and it will say medical received, which means the processing office has received the medical results.
