E-CAS STATUS NOT SHOWN

i m facing a problem in checking status of my application on cic website. it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided". whereas till yesterday my info was there. is anyone having the same problem?

Hi! Sanjeev,
              Do not worry i have faced the same problem. CIC is about to change your online status on Ecas.
              If you have sent your documents now than it might change from Elligiblity Review complete to Received by Visa Office.
              Or if your earlier status was Received by Visa Office than it might change to In Process.

 Do not panic. All the best.

               Thats a gr8 news. All the best. Betw. which Visa Office did u apply & under what NOC?
                Can you also share your timelines?

I applied under 01111 to New Delh sent full docs on 18th June They received on 23rd June. Still Ecas shows Received By Visa Office.

thnx to u guys Swaps and Jass. i applied under NOC 1111 same as u Swaps. i sent my full docs in the last week of june. did u check ur status today? check it. may be same is happening in ur case.

I have heard from someone on this forum that they update your status every Thursday, so probably you should check on Wednesday morning. Just a tricky suggestion.
