My e-cas status has been updated. From "RBVO" to "In Process".
Does this mean that i would have to wait for my medical request? & How long will i wait for it?

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 24, 2011.
i received it just yesterday March 5.
you have any idea how long will it take before i receive my medical requests?

Yes. You need to wait for medicals, something between few weeks to months depending on your case and VO.

There is something wrong in your eCas. How come they sent you a letter on Dec 2009, and then sent the file to London on Jan 2011!!!! What were the doing for over a year! I would assume there might be an error. Let's hope you get the medicals in 2-4 months.
