e-cas status changed from eligibility review complete to decision made

My e-cas status has changed from cio eligibility review complete to decision made

After sending the desired documents to visa office i was waiting that my ecas status will change to in process or documents recieved by the visa office but suddenly after 6 months it changed to decision made.

i know decision made prior to medicals means rejection in most cases but i just want to know that how could an application without being on <in process> status on e-case can  suddenly turn to decision made?

Is it a routine procedure for rejection or some e-cas website error, i am really worried about it?

it is worth mentioning that it has been one week since my ecas status changed

What is ur local visa office? and what is ur NOC? Did you apply before 26 june?

It was a bug.. will you please check your E-CAS now . I hope it won't be there cos so many people got " Decision Made " this week.. but now its fixed.

i applied before 26 june 2010.

should i inquire from the cic inquiry email about it if it is due to error or they will automaiticaly correct it

I applied before June too. Do you just check your e-cas? before sending case specific inquiry check your e-cas now. Right now.

It is advisable for you to contact your VO immediately and send the details what is shown in E-case.

We will contact you again if we require further information or when we are ready to proceed to the next stage of your application.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

The e.mail response fishing like your current E cas status as showing possibly not reflecting the true status (which in fact very common for last few days for many forum members!!). Usually after receiving the full docs it is very unlikely that the VO will jump so fast to assess your point and put red flag on!!! So better wait for a couple of weeks with finger crossed... keep checking E cas and if it remains same then probably you can knock again to you VO with your concern....I hope nothing heartbreaking gonna happen for you....

From this email its very likely that your ecas status is just an error especially if there is no line stating that a letter concerning this decision will be mailed to you
   
Just relax, you can send an email asking them is the ecas is reliable because you suspect an error in your status
