e-Cas status before PPR

Hi, Is it possible to receive PPR even if that e-Cas status doesn't change to 'Medicals received'?
So far, done my medicals twice, but my status in ecas only shows 'we started progressing your application on -Date-, never anything else.

My address has also been disappearing,anyway, but could I perhaps received PPR without a 'medicals receved' update?

I am a QSW by the way, VO London.

My application status remained same inprocess till I landed.
