our bank is PNB.. did you used bank draft or manager's check? we used MC (amount in pesos) since it's faster to be negotiated & can be cleared from the bank in 3 banking days.. have you tracked your RPRF if it was received already by CEM thru the courier's tracking number? i think some of our forum mates here also used BPI during their initial payment of their application & was able to inquire from bpi if it was encashed or not. you may try to ask our forum mates the email address they used in inquiring thru bpi.
thank you so much annjay_626 for taking time to answer my query. i paid cem thru bank draft, actually i used the drop box in rcbc in mailing my rprf last july 4 . cem issued a receipt as an acknowledgement that they received my payment along with the medical forms and the flyers for ciip and coa. im just kinda worried i want to know if cem encashed my bd. it's just that bpi is giving me a hard time in finding it out. as i just said before they're requiring me additional charge for that and the payment is in dollars. we'll this is too long now, thanks again and goodluck to all of us mikomi

Hi Vitomanolo,
You are not alone.. We share the same status (i.e. waiting for PPR) and exactly the same ECAS status - "in-process". My address in ECAS is also missing since 3-weeks ago. It may be a sign that something good is forthcoming... (fingers-crossed)..
Just for good measure, I've sent CEM an email inquiring whether they have received already my RPRF. Pls note that I didn't ask for the medical results but rather the RPRF. The latter was submitted to CEM only after my DMP assured me that they have already forwarded the results in mid-August. I'll see how will they reply.
OJ
The CEM has replied today to my query confirming receipt of my RPRF, but nothing has been mentioned about the medical results. The embassy is really silent with regards to the status of medical results... Given this, we have to trust then our DMP and its courier service provider that they don't screwed up our medical results! Let's hope our precious medical results are now in the good hands of the VOs.. Goodluck! OJ

hello,
is it okay to travel outside the country like vacation for a couple of days while waiting for PPR? does this have an effect when asked to submit the PP considering that one of the pages of our passport will be stamped from the country we visited while waiting for PPR? or not at all?

Hi dreamergirl, It's just an acknowledgement that they have already received my payment to RPRF (with date of receipt indicated), and that's it nothing more. It took CEM almost a week to respond. OJ

Congratulations Vitomanolo! I've told u something good is coming, and it came!! In all sincerity, I must say I'm happy for u... I've admired your patience and positive attitude.. All the years of waiting has now bear fruit... You can now savor the success.. Again, congratulations! To those pre-June2010 applicants, this is a classic example of patience paid off! It is also an indication that things are moving in this category.. Just keep the faith guys! To those post-june2010 apps, our turn will come next.. We should be grateful that our colleagues in the pre-June2010 have been given some light, because they have waited so long.. Our turn will come next.. See it in the coming days... God bless to all of us! OJ

Hi don allain,
Our address in e-CAS has been missing since aug 29. Now, I strongly believe that address disappearances means a lot of things and not just a system glitch. It already happened to me twice. The first one was when I got the MR. The passport request after my address disappeared again is I guess the best proof to support my theory.
Thanks
