The posted times for Vienna are 3-7 months. I got my PPR after only 5 weeks of processing. With a well prepared application and some luck, I guess it can be over quickly.

Mar 3rd - decision made at CPC-M
Mar 27th - received AOR, dated Mar 23rd
Apr 29th - PPR received via email
May 12th - Passport with visa received :)
Landed Jul 27th in Vancouver
