HI, i am a prejune applicant, visa office is New Delhi. I just checked my Ecas
I have two options,
APPLICATION RECEIVED
DECISION MADE
when I click on decision made, I see the following
We received your application for permanent residence on April 14, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 29, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
I hope this is a bug. My timeline is as follows,
Initial Application to CIO April 2010 , 1st AOR June 2010 , Full Documents sent Oct 2010 , 2nd Aor Dated Nov 2010
I was of the opinion, processing would have not started yet, unless it has been rejected at the initial screening level for lack of points...let me wait and see...

relax; nothing cud be predicted unless u hear frm them; it has been seen that while transferring case 2 new system; ecas shows decision made. my advise wud be order CAIPS asap to have clear picture. DO NOT WORRY. May god bless u all. |

possible its e-case error but at this time it's very few applicants have e-case error. this is not a good sign decision made before medical. order caips note or wait untill e-case status will change back (if it's error) or send email to VO or wait untill VO will contact you (in written letter of dicision made). A simple solution is to send Case Specific Inquiry to your Visa Office. It will clear everything.
Decission Made prior to Meds is a bad sign, and probably means Rejection, so be mentally prepared as well. If the NOC is not full, send the Application back as soon as you get it, with fixing the missing link.

My ECAS status is also showing the same. Application Received: 30 April 2010 1st AOR: 12 August 2010 2nd AOR: 27 Dec 2010 Does it mean "APPLICATION REFUSED"  ?? |

Same with mine too. You noticed one thing all cases belong to application received April month. I think it is a bug ..Otherwise we have to order CAIPS to clear picture of case.

Yes you are right sANJUBABA..I think they will not say us for an interview but they will direct send us medical or just will ask some documents to fulfill our PR requirements. Lets see what happen but always think positive to get positive results..right guys?
