Hello,
I have a few questions on the e-cas on the CIC website. Okay, I checked my status and the first part (sponsorship approval) has decision made. The link next to that has In Progress...my question is I've been reading a lot of people getting so much more information such as medical received or file transfered to Visa Office...am I using the same E-Cas system as everyone else?
Also, on Trackiit.com what is transfered to Local Visa office....is that Buffalo, why would the local visa office approve the application?
AOR- What is this letter from Buffalo?

Ok you are logging in as the sponsor. Once you receive your Immigration File Number for your spouse (Applicant) You can check that side of things. You can't login without it though. You would be using their details as opposed to yours. Some offices hardly update though even on the PR side of things. My husbands just says in process since such and such date  |

dont count on ecas, i got my visa and it still says "IN PROCESS"

Okay so that makes a little sense. I have been looking at it using my Canadian spouse's receipt number and client number. I tried putting in my name and info and nothing.

On my spouses website log in it says that they received and started to review our application on the 10th of June...no letter yet...hopefully very soon :-(

I'm going though buffalo. Our visa office is in New york. We haven't received the AOR yet.

I'm pretty sure Buffalo sends AOR's. Perhaps you will receive one soon. If not you could send an email to them asking for the Immigration File Number. Then you will be able to login to the applicants ecas.. but keep in mind ecas hardly ever updates lol |
