Hello
Last week when i see my E-cas first time It displays under Permanent residence Application
Application For PR Has been Received on ...
Medicals Have been received.
Now today when i check it only shows
Application For PR Has been Received on ...
Not showing Medical Results Have been received as showed last week
Whats its mean??
PLEASE HELP ME

No more medical results have been received  What are they doing ? Not showing Medical Results Have been received as showed last week Whats its mean?? PLEASE HELP ME |

Hello-Kitty and Jiyamano... I want to let you guys know that my status changed to medical results received last week Tuesday and that today mine as well was only showing that they received my application in July. My husband got a call from the embassy in Kingston, Jamaica today and they explained to him that they were finalizing his application and they couldnt find his medical. They asked him if he had did a medical and sent it in. My husband explained to the lady that all the info was provided when we send it the application. She asked him to get the MD number on the medical examination form. Thankfully I like to see everything and he had scanned it for me after he had done the medical and send it to my email so he was able to retreive the information for her and give it to her. She also asked him if he had any children which he doesn't. (I am thinking she asked because she would of needed the MD number also for the medicals for them.) Anyways, the lady said that she would look into it and call him back shortly for PP drop off... Now I am unsure of what shortly meant because my husband was intimidated and nervous all at the same time and didn't want to ask questions.. Which I am a little frustrated he didn't but oh well what can I do. I just don't understand how my status can go from medical results received to them not even knowing if he did a medical. I am a little confused and upset at the same time that they lost some of our information. I hope this get fixed asap as I am going to visit my husband next week for 2 weeks and I would love for him to come back with me to Canada.
Now after the call I check my status on e-cas and it had been change so I posted on the Kingston, Jamaica forum and got a few responses from some members stating that ecas had changed for them as well. I must let you know that I was in to see my MP not long ago (about 2 weeks) and he had called Ottawa to file a complaint against the Kingston office as they have not been responding to the MP emails and faxes. When he was on the phone with Ottawa the lady told him that immigration canada is in the process of changing computer systems so I am not sure if that has to do with anything that is happening.
Anyways, good luck to everyone and lets hope that this problem gets fixed soon.. BTW ecas is not 100% accurate.

I just phoned CIC 1888-242-2100 today. He said that it doesn't mean something wrong, as long as it shows" PR application received" we do not need to be worried. They still processing our file. I feel better now  |

I believe, from reading a post in the skilled worker forum, that there has been a computer glitch.
Seems CIC were updating their servers or something and e-cas has been sending out strange messages.
I shouldn't worry about the status changes too much, from what I have read but you could always call CIC to confirm this.

My status is still the same... Medical resuts received is not back on my profile but I am not too worried cause hubby got a call thursday and they said they would call back soon for PP drop off... so today is monday and we are hoping for a call |
