quick question...Can only the sponsor log in to ecas? or is there a login for the applicant too?

The applicant can use the Bxxxxxxx file number to log in if s/he has it. So it would be the applicants name, family name file number, country of birth etc.

I wouldn't rely on ecas. I got my PPR March 16 and my ecas hasn't changed at all. I'm still waiting to receive my passport back (I mailed it) but there has been NO change to ecas.
