Hello folks,

I am having difficulty logging into ECAS. The last time I was able to login was in early Decmber 2011. That time my medical report had been received by the immigration office. Since the mid of December until now, i have been unable to login to ECAS. It keeps saying that "We were unable to .....". It then says that it could be because I have entered incorrect information or they have not started processing my application yet. However I was so sure that I have entered correct information (tried it many times until yesterday).

Here is my details as per the end of November 2011:
  - Application Filled and Received: September 2011 (Buffalo Office)
  - Medical Check Up Request: October 2011
  - Medical Done: October 2011
  - Medical Report Received by The Immigration Office: November 2011

That was the latest information I received at the end of November 2011. Since December until now I have been unable to login to ECAS. Has any of you ever experienced the same issue? i wonder if I really should call the immigration office to find out this or just wait and see.

Any advise is greatly appreciated

I don't think so anybody can answer this perfectly. Because there could eb number of factors. Yoeu best bet is to send a detailed e-mail to webmaster. You can find the e-mail address on cic.gc.ca/contact us/technical difficulties.

Thanks Umair. I think I will email the webmaster today and see what they say about it.
