Hello everyone, Please have a look at this, Today I checked my Ecas and found "IN PROCESS" only right next to my name . Does is it mean they have sent the medical or kicked something off in the last 3-5 days? Previously until last week Ecas had been showing RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE and then IN PROCESS for the last 4 months. CIC asked me to provide 3 round of additional documents and I have provided all and that phase completed only in January; since then I haven't heard anything from them. I feel like they have been satisfied with those additional docs I sent to them.  Have a wonderful day. Thanks |

Hello everyone, Please have a look at this, Today I checked my Ecas and found "IN PROCESS" only right next to my name . Does is it mean they have sent the medical or kicked something off in the last 3-5 days? Previously until last week Ecas had been showing RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE and then IN PROCESS for the last 4 months. CIC asked me to provide 3 round of additional documents and I have provided all and the phase completed only in January. I feel like they have been satisfied with those additional docs I sent to them. Have a wonderful day. Thanks Same as my situation. In my status "IN PROCESS" and 'RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE' has shown for three weeks. Now only it shows "IN PROCESS" and no other writing. I have also submitted 2 round of additional documents like you. If it is symbol of satisfaction- I would be rather happy. |

When did CIC last receive your last round of additional docs? You should send a case specific inquiry now like I did last week. automated reply said it would take 28 days for a reply of that inquiry. I asked them if they have sent any further letter asking me for anything more since In sent them the last round of docs they asked me to provide to them. One of this forum members named Jannat sent a similar type of query and she got a reply that her MR has been sent.

Hi, my ECASE was changed into "IN PROCESS" written next to my name on 8th Aug10, and in a month time, i received MEDICAL REQUEST from the VO. Hope the same happens with you my friend. Cheers.. |

Dear All,
"In Process" does not necessarily means that your file is under processing.
If you click "In process" , then you can come to know the status of your file. In my case it shows message:
"We received your applications on ...........date".
"Your supporting documents have been received by London Office. They are pending review".
This mean I am in the queue for processing. THIS MIGHT NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR 2010 applicants who has submitted the documents before Aug-10 or earlier.
In my case, its showing "In process " after submitting full documents in Jan-2011. I have not received 2nd AOR also.

Those were my relative's papers. His income statements, tax papers, his then current social and living status. CIC usually dont want those papers but sometimes they do. I hope you'd not be among them who get additional docs requests. its a hassle.

Yes.. I do.. I claimed 5 points as my Aunt is there. I had submitted earlier to LONDON office some of doccuments(relation ship cert., her PP copy, income tax, bank account info,electricity bioll, her canadian ID).
Hope this might sufficient but even though i will try to arrange those u mentioned.

Thanks Can you please inform what is exactly written inside " In Process " cos mine is also showing "In Process" with same old stupid line " We received your application on ***,2010" But it was " Application Received" earlier with the same old line inside. |
