ECAS- How to Check....status of my Application

Dear,
Do let me know how check ECAS, @
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do#formErrors
I dont have identification type n number.
I had sent my application under FSW @ sydney @ NS in May09, DD got cleared in 16th june 09.
Have not received any Email/ Mail from them.
Kindly do let me know other sources too to know the status of my application.

Jassin,
You need to have an Immigration file number which will be issued by CIC.

CIO has to send you a file number only once they have approved it for further processing which is usually intimated to you by email or by a letter. Kindly wait for it.
