CAIPS note is different, don't compare and its not depend on your e-case.

enter your all the information correctly.

your immigration file number, your family given name which you mentioned in your application, DOB, birth of country.

try again thats the error do not meet the basic criteria to find your record.

dont worry i think it would be temp error you should check it again tomorow and try on some other computer instead
on tuesdays they usually update the status .. so this might have caused it..

Now CIC update e-case system every day (anytime).
So, check e-case everyday, search on forum many OP's get update on other weekdays.

I had the same issue.but now am able to log in to my account.you can try this

In identification type, select client id/unque client identifier.
Then in the identification number column, type your uci number, which is there on the letter from CIO,SYDNEY.
Enter the rest of the details.

With immigration File number & UCI number (if you know/have) both will access same link and e-case result.

@ OMM -Initially i used to log in with my file number. When i tried to log in using my file number in e-cas last week,i was shown the same message that itsbeenlongnow got as said in the begiining of this thread. Then i tried with uci number and it worked. With uci number and file number,it directs to the same link. But sometimes file number doesnt work. This e -cas working is very strange.
