E-Cas Error or something else as I got other response against my CSI - LVO

Dear Forum Members -

I want to get your views & as I am facing strange situation.....My case got In Process from 14 Feb 2012 & after 85 days my E-cas status changed from In Process to Decision Made with inside line (Without MR).

I was very curious that how is it possible that after so many days my case remains "In Process" is ultimately changed to DM on 8 May 2012.

I have sent CSI on 10 May 2012 & inquired about my current status of the case, they responded me on 22 May 2012 with below response......What does it mean...please comment.

What I understand that my case is still alive & it would be a system error coz if they would have rejected my case then they definitely mention that "A letter has been sent to you" (like Usman799 has a similar case with me & LVO replied him that "A letter has been sent to you on dated 2 May 2012" & actually he got the letter with same date.

Below is the response of CSI.

Your documents have been received and placed on file. No further action is required by you at this time.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

I have responded back to them to rectify e-cas status since they have responded me like as above.

Yes I have responded back on the same email for rectification of E-cas status but no reply as yet.

I assume that u havn't sent any addition documents recently.. Looks like that you got a generic replying and they didn't bother to read your query carefully.

Try sending another CSI. There is no harm in it.

Mech -

May be but at the same time I havent received any letter from them since status was turned to DM on 8th may 2012, secondly another applicant Usman799 got the letter & reply against CSI "A letter has been sent on dated 2 May 2012"

Please note that both response of CSI were sent on same day to me & Usman799 (Both got DM on same date i.e. 8th May 2012)
In case my case is refused then I should have atleast got the same response of CSI or letter.
