As noted from the CIC website [E-Cas]:

**Please note that the Client Application Status and Change of Address service will be unavailable Monday, April 20, 2009, from 2:00:00 PM EDT to 2:30:00 PM EDT, so that CIC can maintain the system.

...So they are doing spring cleaning...hopefuly after that they start puting good news instead of " in process" witch we all hate...Smiley
