Yes Buddy I am Indian (JAI HIND) !

Every case is having its own complexities and it depends on the VO dealing our case files and more over I gauge they are conducting extensive BC due to my previous profession !

FYI : I am applicant !

Thanks for your concern Buddy ;-)

Thanks for your warm wishes !

Oh, you are still there! i have a question for you man. my wife did not have a last name in her passport. her first name is s****** a**** in the passport. anyways, i just put the same information on the application form under given name. the family name, i think i put it as not applicable or left blank (one or the other). People told me that that is the right thing to do (write as in passport).
do you think this would be a reason why my online status is not updated or not accessible? i tried all combinations of her name in eCAS but the same message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. ". i tried putting my name and receipt number and tried. it still gave same error message.
as you mentioned, i tried calling the call centre but couldn't get a hold of anyone. i will see if i can get a hold of someone tomorrow. Do you have any thoughts?

Yes Buddy !

Have your checked the e-CAS through the file number via Sponsor details which is mentioned in the sponsorship letter ?

Once file is received  @  CPC-M the applicant details is updated forthwith in the system.

Kindly check  Background Declaration form S.No 1, 3 & 7 and Application form for Permanent Residence in Canada S.No 1 and confirm me via message to highlight accordingly.

Regards and wishes,
